ACTIV8 Friction Reducer is a complex oil based additive that gives outstanding metal-to-metal protection by reducing friction and heat generation. This helps to reduce wear, increase performance and lower maintenance costs.
The oil additive, when added to a base oil, bonds into the metal surface at a temperature of just above 50°C. creating an extremely low friction surface that is able to withstand extreme pressure and dissipates heat very efficiently.
ACTIV8 is now widely used in motorbike and car engines and gearboxes, in mainstream motoring, classic cars, bikes, kit cars and in model engineering.
It is also used in industry, giving many businesses a product that improves profitability by reducing maintenance costs.
